".Stress?."



سْــــــــــــــــــمِ اﷲِالرَّحْمَنِ اارَّحِيم

In The Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful


For this whole week, I can't denied having troubles and thinking too much on certain stuff. I was tested by Allah S.W.T on many things that sometimes I think I may not be able to stand anymore. But, definitely I can't easily give up! This is real life! No body can help me instead of me, myself. Because I'm the one who shape my own world. For sure I'm the only one who need to draw my own journey. And for sure, there are more people who having troubles and problems that bigger than me.

"Hey, you're so strong!" That's the spirit I'm always shout out loud in my head.

Frankly to tell, I'm not a perfect person who always wanted the flowers come out in my hand all the time. The person who seek the happy long-lasting till death. Stress/tension are the normal things entered into my life. But, am I want to let all the STRESS and TENSION and CRY and DEPRESSION let me down? OF COURSE NO! That's not so me!

So, today I want to share what we can do while having problems and how to handle as I said earlier, STRESS and TENSION and CRY and DEPRESSION. (I may not be able to give full guideline, but hope so it can help you guys, peep!)

If I'm facing all this 'penyakit', what I want to do?

First, I love to locked-up my self in my room. For me, if my emotions are unstable, don't ever let yourself distracted by other people! Why? So that you're not pissed off while they (who ever trying to cheer you up) start to chat, talking, and so on with you. Why again? Because I NEED MY OWN SPACE! Space? Yes, SPACE! Space for yourself to do anything what you like to do. For instance, me myself will definitely enjoyed to think whatever I want to. Whatever it is, don't let people stay close enough to you.

Second, I will read the book all the time. For me, books is my best ever bestfriends. So, I don't care what people do surrounding me while I'm reading. Because by reading, you're just concentrate reading and not pay attention to think all 'semak' stuff in your head.

Third, enjoyed to listening music! Listening my iPod. Definitely I can be a crazy as I can! *tentulah terjerit-jeit macam orang gilak*

Fourth, this step for sure and definitely can release my STRESS and TENSION and CRY and DEPRESSION. By giving praise and Dua' to Allah. I will in peace and calm in whatever situation I'm in. Insyallah.



Dua is defined as any invocation or prayer addressed to Allah (SWT).  In our times, we find
many reasons why people do not make Dua; we forget, don't know how, or just do not think

it will be answered. Fundamental to this is the loss of dependence and trust upon Allah.
As Muslims there is something very wrong when we believe our Duas won't be answered.


We do not turn to Allah in our times of need and instead put our trust, dependence and hopes on
worldly things that we think will
help us. Although these temporal things are the means through
which our Duas can be answered, the root of our being should be trained automatically to turn to
Allah and not anything or
anyone else.

Through Dua, we strengthen our Imaan and our relationship with Allah, as well as heighten our
awareness of cause and effect that can help inspire and motivate us to be
closer to Islam in our lives.

"Sobhan Allah wal Hamdu Lillah wa La Illaha Ill Allah Wallahu Akbar"

"How perfect and glorified Allah is, all praise is for Allah, none has the right to be worshiped except Allah, and Allah is the Greatest"

p/s: Come and pray together. Insyallah Allah will help us and decrease the burden.
